  • Lead and develop a preventive and predictive maintenance program to ensure high equipment reliability and plant uptime. 

  • Manage and optimize the operation, maintenance, and repair of production, automation systems, utilities, and analytical equipment. 

  • Drive CAPEX projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and commissioning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 

  • Ensure efficient and safe production of malt, excluding emergencies, while managing technical installations and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Support employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development. Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure team compliance with regulations. 

  • Represent the company in technical negotiations and external audits. 

  • Oversee the development of computer-based systems for control, operation, and energy monitoring. 

  • Monitor and report environmental performance, including energy use, emissions, and sustainability metrics. 

  • Responsibility for environmental protection.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, engineering drawings, and cost tracking. 

Job requirements

  • Relevant higher education and special licences / certificates (have a valid energy sector employee certificate)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar managerial position

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Willingness to be ready to work 24/7 during production breakdown

  • Proficiency in English
