Your Role

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager in overseeing daily production activities. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient operations, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our production processes. Due to the nature of the role, work is primarily performed on-site at the factory. We have an open office at our new factory and remote work is possible as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the weekly production schedule, ensuring that customer quality and production targets are met. Manage daily production activities, including manning of the shifts.

• Maintain close collaboration with production operators, maintenance and the quality control team to ensure compliance with standards.

• Lead and execute the 5S program in the production department.

• Act as ERP (M3) key user related to daily operations.

• Drive continuous improvement projects, from planning to execution and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Process Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field

• 3–10 years of experience in production operations, experience in the food industry is an advantage

• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and adaptability to change

• Strong collaboration skills

• Fluent in Finnish and English
