Currently, we are looking for a passionate for the position of Organizational and Occupational Specialist. 

  • Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Provide safety training to employees and promote awareness of best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Preparing safety data and ensuring timely reporting to relevant authorities and group management.
  • Cultivate safety culture - propose and implement solutions to enhance employee safety and well-being.

Job requirements

  • Education: Senior Health and Safety Inspector or Health and Safety Technician.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a manufacturing company).
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of H&S regulations, environmental protection, and fire safety protocols.
  • Proven track record of conducting internal audits in the areas of health & safety, environment, and fire protection.
  • Knowledge of management systems
  • Willingness to travel for business (2-3 trips/month with overnight) 
  • Valid driver's license (category B).
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
