IT BUSINESS SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an IT Business Systems Specialist to develop, maintain, and optimize our business applications, integrations, and automation solutions across Viking Malt Group. In this role, you will act as the link between business users, external partners, and IT, helping us improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive digital development. Your main focus will be on ERP systems, integrations, automation, and business application support.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance business applications and ERP solutions, with a primary focus on Infor M3.

• Support users and business teams in getting the most value from our systems.

• Design and maintain integrations and automation solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work through technology.

• Explore and identify opportunities to use AI solutions to support business processes and create business value.

• Translate business needs into practical system solutions.

• Coordinate development activities with software vendors and partners.

• Support testing, documentation, training, and implementation of new functionalities.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant degree and 5+ years’ experience in IT development positions in international companies.

• Experience working with ERP systems and business applications.

• Understanding system integrations, APIs, and process automation.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain processes is beneficial.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, service-minded, and collaborative way of working and fluent English skills.

Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the organization

Location and Travel

The preferred location for this role is Lahti or the surrounding area. We offer a flexible hybrid working model, but regular collaboration with colleagues across the Group requires willingness to travel occasionally to our sites in Finland and other countries.
