We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & HR Support Specialist to join our team in Panevezys.
This is a unique hybrid position where you will split your time between accounting responsibilities (50%) and HR administrative support (50%).

Key responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Process supplier invoices: verification, coding, approvals, posting.

  • Support payment runs and monitor due dates.

  • Check and process employee expense reports.

  • Assist with month-end closing tasks (reconciliations, data checks).

  • Prepare accounting documentation for audits.

  • Maintain and update vendor/customer data.

  • Support Finance with document flow and archiving.

HR Administration:

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding: document collection, checklists, communication.

  • Prepare HR documents such as certificates, letters, and contract annexes.

  • Maintain HR data and personnel files (paper & digital).

  • Support employee lifecycle administration and HRIS updates.

  • Coordinate time & attendance, absence documentation, and routine HR reports.

  • Provide first-line support for employees regarding HR processes and policies.

  • Support training logistics and HR communication.

Job requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or similar; or equivalent experienc

  • Experience in accounting support, HR administration, or a hybrid role (1–3 years preferred).

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, invoices, reconciliations).

  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory for this position.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

  • Strong MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

  • Proactive, communicative, and willing to learn.
