· Utbildning inom mekanik på gymnasienivå eller motsvarande
· Erfarenhet av industriell produktion och mekaniskt underhåll
· Kompetens inom svetsning (meriterande med licenser)
· Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
· Grundläggande datorkunskaper
· B-körkort
· Möjlighet att utföra fysiskt krävande arbetsuppgifter
Meriterande är erfarenhet av:
· Förebyggande underhållsarbete
· Truckkörkort
· Arbete med tekniska utvecklingsprojekt
· Kunskap om hydraulik, pneumatik och lagerbyten

Podstawowe zadania:
Zapewnienie wsparcia menedżerom oraz pracownikom w kwestiach związanych z zasobami ludzkimi, rozwiązywanie problemów, które mogą się pojawić.
Wsparcie procesów związanych z naliczaniem wynagrodzeń, współpraca z firmą zewnętrzną w tym zakresie (system premiowy, dodatki i świadczenia, kontrola urlopów, ewidencja świadczeń pracowniczych, inne).
Wspieranie procesów rekrutacyjnych, w tym zamieszczanie ogłoszeń na portalach rekrutacyjnych.
Wsparcie organizacji działań rozwojowych w firmie, organizowanie szkoleń dla nowo przyjętych pracowników,
Zbieranie i rejestrowanie danych w systemach HR, raportowanie zgodnie z wymaganiami firm
